Below are the Passport Health Plan by Molina Healthcare rights and responsibilities as written in the Passport Member Handbook. Kentucky Law requires that health care Providers or health care facilities recognize Member rights while they are receiving medical care and that Members respect the health care Provider's or health care facility's right to expect certain behavior on the part of patients.
